We have been to this location of k pot several times. Dining with parties from just 2 people up to 8 adults on valentines day and have never been disappointed once. Today we had Emily who was very respectful and kind. She also was very attentive to the need of everyone at the table including briefly entertaining our 6 year old! We recommend any server there, they are all great, but Emily was absolutely great to us today!

Will never ever go back. We ordered the Korean bbq all you can eat. 34$ per person we had chicken, shrimp and salmon. The chicken was absolutely horrible w no seasoning. The shrimp and salmon were decent. The veggies were good. The food at the buffet was not labeled and was lukewarm & not even hot! We had to ask for fresh hot fries because the one's at the buffet were barely warm. Even though you can tell what the food was at buffet by looking at it, having no label reeked of lack of attention to detail. Chicken wings had a sauce on them but because there was no label, you had no idea what kind of sauce it was. Individual sauces were labeled with cheap looking labels that looked like they were made by a kid. The booth we sat in had ripped cushioning and obviously made of very cheap material which was shocking because the restaurant can't be more than a year old. Gf had a margarita that had a dish soap aftertaste. They charged us $12 for the margarita plus $6 for top shelf tequila which is ridiculous. The strawberry mule I had was good but they charged $1 for strawberry. The ipad that we used to order our food was clearly dirty and hadn't been wiped down and obviously used lots. So

Our waiter was fantastic! We had 6 adults and 4 teens and he handled us so well. we went at 5pm and had no problem getting sat. I had called ahead and they didn't even need a reservation for us at that time which was great! . The food was fresh and fast. Thank you for a wonderful experience and great food.

Had a great experience. Zia was our server and for a Monday it was extremely busy, but she checked up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Very kind server made us feel very welcome. The food was also very good. We will definitely be coming again and hoping to get the same great service. 10/10.

My girlfriend and I went to KPOT for our first time yesterday for lunch. What an awesome experience, we were kind of confused at first being it was our first time, however our server Lindsey was amazing. She walked us both through our choices and made ordering our lunch a breeze. Lindsey also helped up with cooking our first pot (she must have seen our β€œdeer in the headlights look”) and we were no longer KPOT virgins, we got the hang of it quickly during our nexts rounds. We definitely will be returning to KPOT soon as this is now one of our favorite restaurants!
